Michael Cappello "Webmaster" and "Client" (submitting order/listing) enter into a business relationship for advertising purposes as outlined in this Terms of Agreement.

1. Webmaster will provide the Client a listing in the Pediatric Dentist Directory which will include their name, office name, description of the services they provide, a toll free phone number and specific extension.

2. Only dentists that provide dental care to children may list their services in the directory.

3. Clients will receive a listing on the web page dedicated to the city, town or village they are located within. If it is in an unincorporated area, the city name listed in their address will be used. Web pages will be created for cities, towns and villages that are listed in the "National Association of Counties website."

4. The listing order on the map is determined by the distance from the address or zip code the searcher enters. The listing order for each city web page is determined by the order the listing information was received from the dentists.

5. There are no fees to be listed in the directory.

6. By listing their services in the directory, Client is stating that they have the proper certification and credentials to perform the types of dental services that they list and that they are in good standing in their state. If the Webmaster becomes aware that a dentist listing their services in this directory does not provide the pediatric dental services they claim or there is any disciplinary action, their listing will be removed.

7. Client understands that placing their information in this directory is for advertising purposes only.

8. Client understands it is up to them to check out anyone who contacts them regarding their services via this directory, just like they would if someone calls from the phone book, TV or radio advertisements, newspaper ads or any other source. The Webmaster assumes no responsibility for any patients the Client obtains as a result of placing their information in the Pediatric Dentist Directory.

9. Client understands that advertising their services in the directory is the same as advertising in the phone book, newspaper, radio, television, etc. as there are no guarantees to the amount of new patients you will receive or the number of potential patients that will contact you or utilize your services.

10. If the Webmaster becomes aware that the Client submitted false information to attain a listing in the directory, he has the right to remove the Client's information. The Webmaster reserves the right to deny and/or remove a directory listing for any reason.

11. Client can cancel their listing at anytime.

Indemnity
Advertising your services in the Pediatric Dentist Directory is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Neither this agreement nor any documentation furnished under it is intended to express or imply any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.

The Pediatric Dentist Directory, and its owner/Webmaster, shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any loss of business, profits or goodwill, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character that result in any way from applicant's use of or inability to use this service.

The Pediatric Dentist Directory and the site owner's/Webmaster's liability to applicant shall not, for any reason, exceed the amount actually paid by applicant to the Pediatric Dentist Directory, owner/Webmaster under this agreement.

By completing the order form and clicking the "Yes" to the Terms of Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information, and that you agree to be bound by this agreement.

Terms may change in the future
Your inclusion in the Pediatric Dentist Directory is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms you should not utilize these services. The Webmaster may at his sole discretion modify these Terms at any time and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this site. The most current version of these Terms can be accessed through the "Terms of Agreement" link on the "Dentists Get Listed" page. You agree to review these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Services after the posting of modifications constitutes your affirmative agreement to abide and be bound by the Terms, as modified.
